Your responsibilities will include:
**Annual Workings**: Coordinate the preparation and filing of **ITR** (Income Tax Returns) for client.

Oversee and facilitate **Statutory audits** and **Tax Audit** for businesses and companies both Private Limited and Public Limited.

Ensure compliance with Company Law requirements, including the timely filing of **AOC-4** (Annual Return) and **MGT-7 and MGT-14** (Annual Compliance).

**Monthly Workings**: Prepare and submit monthly **GSTR-1**, **GSTR-3B** and TDS compliance.

**Quarterly Workings**: Prepare and file quarterly **TDS returns**, **Quarterly GSTR-3B**, **Advance Tax** Workings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
