Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Consult with patients and family members to discuss their health problems.
- Educate patients about their condition, and medication, and give them specific instructions.
- Develop a care plan to address their personal health care needs.
- Consult and collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to set up patient appointments and treatment plans.
- Check in on the patient regularly and evaluate and document their progress.
- Taking care of the Revenue Generation of the Particular branch.
- Participating in weekly revenue generation meetings.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to update the data in the system.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Patient Coordinator.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
