Digital Experience Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Management & Optimization**
- Manage all brand websites (WordPress), ensuring responsiveness, performance, and technical uptime
- Build, update, and optimize landing pages, banners, product pages
- Ensure multilingual site functionality (Arabic, Vietnamese, English)
- Conduct regular performance audits and page speed tests using Lighthouse or GTMetrix
- Maintain structured site architecture and a seamless UX
**Digital Campaign Integration**
- Support the marketing team with dedicated landing pages for paid campaigns
- Integrate tracking codes, pixels, and conversion events for Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta
- Implement UTM tagging and campaign goal setup for consistent performance tracking
- Coordinate content publishing schedules with campaign timelines
**Analytics & Reporting**
- Maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards
- Track web traffic, goal completions, bounce rates, heatmaps, and behavioral flows
- Analyze and report performance across campaigns, regions, and content types
- Translate insights into actionable UX and conversion recommendations
**AI & Automation Support**
- Explore and integrate AI tools to improve personalization, form autofill, or content suggestions
- Utilize AI-based analytics for deeper audience and content performance insights
- Support automation of data dashboards, content triggers, or campaign routines
**SEO & Digital Growth**
- Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits using Semrush, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs
- Optimize page titles, URLs, meta descriptions, and internal linking
- Track keyword ranking movement and competitors' digital performance
- Build monthly SEO reports and lead recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience managing WordPress websites and digital performance
- Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and heatmap analytics
- Skilled in building user-first websites with mobile-first responsiveness
- Confident communicator with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Experience with B2B products or multi-brand environments preferred
**Desirable**:
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience in integrating CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) with digital forms will be added advantage.
- Exposure to AI tools for content or campaign optimization.
- Google Ads or GA4 certification.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
