**Job Title**: Factory Admin Executive

**Location**: Howrah - Domjur
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Working Hours**: 8 hours duty

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee general administrative functions within the factory premises.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records of workers and staff.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll input and compliance documents (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, and other facility arrangements.
- Handle material inward/outward register and gate pass management.
- Monitor factory utilities (electricity, water, waste management, etc.) and report any issues.
- Support purchase and inventory teams with documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with local vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in maintaining statutory records, safety registers, and other compliance files.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to admin and operational activities.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in factory or plant administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain discipline within factory operations.
- Chemical manufacturing company experience prefer.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
