**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering product recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and resolution-oriented approach.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of products within the store's inventory is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
