The company’s sole mission is to create a world of quality education that is easily accessible to all by providing better experience than group classes and customizable in terms of choices. **About the role** Vedantu is looking for Teachers for their one to one teaching (one to one tuitions) wing as **Freelance** **OTO Teacher Partners**. This would require you to provide at least 4-5 hrs of free slots during the first half or second half of the day.You can choose from any one or more of the below mentioned preferable slots. Preferable Slots - 5AM to 9AM - 9AM to 12PM - 12 PM to 4PM - 4PM to 8PM - 8PM to 12AM **What will you be doing?** - Take LIVE one to one coaching/Tutoring sessions with the students that are lined up for you while also ensuring that you maintain the required session ratings. You would be great at your job if you are able to ensure **maximum conversions from Demo sessions **or are able to provide **maximum renewals of your existing students** as this would mean that the students love what you teach and want to continue being mentored by you. - Ensure student stickiness for Vedantu which shall also be incentivised in terms of getting you a **higher Per/hour rate.** (You will be incentivised for being true Teacher partners in business) - Follow the session constructs & maintain the session ratings and the session quality at the desired thresholds - Following & adhering to any changes that may come up in the session constructs or policies from time to time based on business requirements **Who are we looking for?** **Basic Requisite**: - Through knowledge on Course curriculum - Doubt solving ability - Passion to Teach - Understanding Student expectations from the sessions **You’re good at**: - Advocating and Empathizing - Good communicator - Logic and problem solving - Team Player and Motivator **You’re extra amazing if**: - High on energy - Passion towards students - Looking for a long term growth Join the Vedan Family, Let’s make History - Be part of the Education
