Territory Sales Executive

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow up with leads and current customers.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team. Managing the collections and deliveries.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Maintain customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Taking Customer feedback and implementing the needed changes.
**Job knowledge, skills and experience**:Education**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing from an accredited university experience-Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience in the Construction/Tiles/Paint Industry(Project Sales/Channel Sales )
**Skills**
- Effective Communication and Relationship Building Skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative Skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
