**JD -**

**Position Overview -**

To create and optimize the campaigns on Facebook for e-commerce, edutech, and lead generation clients along with reporting, research, and creative ideation with the help of managers.

**Experience -** 0 To 1 Year In Any Field

**Responsibility -**
- Conduct Regular meetings with managers for performance Monitoring.
- Launch and optimize performance adverts through Facebook, Instagram Ads, etc. to increase campaign ROI and ROAS.
- Prepare online event calendar and promotional ideas and organize their distribution with the help of managers.
- Research and provide creative ideas for paid marketing to the internal team.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts with online tools and internal teams.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep campaigns up to date.

**Qualification -**

1. Bachelor's degree in any field, MBA is plus(Degree in quant is plus plus)

2. Fluency in English

3. An efficient team player
