Guest Relation Executive-restaurant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Interaction**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries, making recommendations, and handling any special requests.
- Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times as necessary.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Provide personalized service by remembering returning guests’ preferences, names, and special occasions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with a calm, professional demeanor and find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a welcoming and clean environment by coordinating with the housekeeping and kitchen teams.
- Follow up with guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and make adjustments if necessary.
- **Reservations & Waitlist Management**:
- Manage reservations system to ensure efficient seating and minimize wait times.
- Oversee guest flow to ensure timely seating and optimal table turnover.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with front-of-house staff, including servers and host/hostesses, to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in guest interaction and hospitality protocols.
- Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest needs are met.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate guest records, including feedback and preferences.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and ensuring all guest feedback is logged and addressed.
- Prepare daily reports for management on guest interactions, customer satisfaction, and potential improvements.
- **Brand Representation**:
- Uphold the restaurant’s image by adhering to grooming standards and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Represent the restaurant in a courteous, friendly, and positive manner at all times.
- **Event Coordination** (if applicable):
- Assist with managing and coordinating special events, reservations for large groups, and private dining experiences.
- Communicate with event coordinators and ensure that all event requirements are fulfilled to meet guest expectations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
