1. Assisting in concept design, planning ofprojects, preparation of Municipal drawings,

Interior layouts etc. (while adopting the formats and standards of the firm).

2. Detailed FSI calculations and area feasibility of projects as per DCPR 2034.

3. Giving updates regarding projects, meetings, submissions and approvals for the project under your purview.

4. Good communication skills with patience to stick to deadlines is a must.

Existing knowledge of DCPR, municipal drawings is a must. Ability to adapt and learn fast changing regulations is a must. The firm places utmost importance on meritocracy, ethics & quality design

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
