Qualification / Preference:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 3+ years of experience in architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- First preference to the local citizen of Navi Mumbai.
- Experienced.
- Professional, Smart and Multitasking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the
projects.
- Holds Team of Drafters/Designers for results.
- Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and
timely in alignment.
- Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
- Understanding of structural / Monitoring & Evaluation(M&E) drawings.
- Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing.
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities.
- Awareness of contractual obligations / rights.
- Should be highly creative and great knowledge of architectural concepts & good
management skills
- Designing, Planning, Creating and executing building elevation designs and
- Municipal drawing making & coordinating with construction professionals about
the feasibility of potential projects.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation,
environmental impact and project budget as per requirements.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers,
Quantity surveyors & team members.
- Specifying the requirements for the project, adapting plans according to
circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Organizational, project management and planning skills including the ability
to juggle multiple tasks.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability
- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team of other
professionals an awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of
your projects.
