**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

**As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages. Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback daily is a mandatory task.**

**1) Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.**

**2) Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.**

**3) Collaborating with the Internal team to ensure that posts are on time and engaging.**

**4) Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.**

**5) Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.**

**6) Engaging followers with regular company updates.**

**7) Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback daily is a mandatory task.**

**8) Engaging social media strategy.**

**10) Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.**

**11) Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.**

**Qualifications: -**

**1) Graduation/Post Graduation Degree in Psychology/Marketing/Social Media/Journalism.**

**2) Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.**

**3) Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.**

**4) Understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.**

**5) Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.**

**6) Flexible and engaging writing style.**

**7) Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.**

**8) Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.**

**9) Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.**
