**Required Food Technologist**

**at SURAT Location**
- About the Company FMCG Industry_

**Experience of at least 2 YRS Should have worked in FMCG Industry.**

(Preferably from - FMCG Industry background.)

**location - Surat -**

SALARY - 3 LPA

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with food production staff for quality, safety, labeling, production, handling, and distribution of food products

Ensure that food-processing areas comply with government regulations and meet standards for sanitation and waste management

Support new product development and/or processes based on consumer feedback

Research products, markets, and technology to improve existing brand/product offering

Ensure quality and safety of food products, finding substitutes for harmful ingredients

Adhere to compliance requirements according to FASSAI & BRC

Modify existing products to create more marketable product.

Participate in ingredient development and execution of related laboratory activities.

Perform appropriate actions for any abnormal occurrences affecting sampling conditions.

Make recommendations in the design of new manufacturing processes or modify current equipment or processes.

Guide sample collection activities, ensuring specified procedures are followed.

**Skills, Knowledge and Qualification**

Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Practices.

Responsible for maintaining & improving quality of Raw material, finished products.

**Should have worked in FMCG Industry. Minimum experience 2 + Years**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
