We are now looking for an enthusiastic and polished Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Andheri, Mumbai.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding events, banquets, and hospitality services.
- Present Vanilla Hospitality’s offerings confidently and persuasively over calls.
- Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
- Maintain and update the client database and call logs using CRM tools.
- Follow up diligently on leads to ensure conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to schedule meetings, site visits, or follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information on venues, packages, and services.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand’s image during all client interactions.
- Achieve individual targets for lead generation and conversion support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, banquet sales, or hospitality sales.
- Prior experience in luxury hotels, event venues, or banquet sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality, confident, and persuasive over phone conversations.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Mumbai’s hospitality and wedding market will be an added advantage.
