Key Responsibilities:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports on expenses, revenues, and other key metrics.
- **Tax and Compliance Filings**:

- Prepare and file **TDS**, **GST**, **GST-R**, and **ITR** returns as per government guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with tax laws and manage all relevant documentation.
- **Payroll Processing**:

- Handle payroll for employees and manage deductions for **PF**, **ESI**, and **PT**.
- File required returns for PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) timely and accurately.
- **Audit and Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in audit preparation by providing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Generate regular financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Day-to-Day Operations**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Manage vendor payments, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory and stock reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in accounting, with experience in TDS, GST, ITR, PF, ESI, and PT filings.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
- **Compliance Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of tax regulations and payroll procedures.

- Integrity and reliability in handling sensitive financial information.
