**Your AMINA To-Do List**:

- ** Sales Toolkit Development**: Design and maintain presentations, flyers, brochures, business cards and other sales materials to support every stage of the client buying journey.
- ** PDF Design and Updates**: Design, update, enhance and catalogue PDF documents with a focus on accessibility and usability. Ensure version control is maintained, and documents are consistent with brand guidelines.
- ** PowerPoint Design**: Create visually impactful, high-quality PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders, including the CEO, ensuring designs are tailored for both internal and external presentations. Maintain consistency with brand identity while elevating content to the highest professional standard for maximum engagement and clarity.
- ** Repository Management**: Organise and maintain a central repository for graphics and PDF assets to ensure easy access and consistency.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand business needs and deliver high-impact designs.
- ** Brand Consistency and Evolution**: Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all touchpoints. Collaborate with our design agency to elevate and evolve the brand identity, ensuring it remains fresh, impactful, and aligned with our strategic vision.
- ** Collaborative Partnership with Design Agency**: Work closely with our external design agency to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines while elevating our visual identity across all projects.

**Your golden ticket to the AMINA team**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- ** Creative Skills**: Strong sense of color, typography, and composition with a focus on user-centric design.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- ** Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
- ** Preferred**: Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and knowledge of motion graphics.
