Job Description: Sales HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales HORECA professional to join our team. As a Sales HORECA, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HORECA industry.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Present and promote our FMCG HORECA products, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance product offerings and address customer requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and expand the company's presence in the HORECA sector.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HORECA industry.
Strong understanding of the HORECA market, including customer needs, preferences, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business deals.
Adaptability to understand and promote a wide range of FMCG HORECA products.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹9,745.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
