**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on **in-store demonstration, customer service, product presentation, and sales skills**.
- Develop and deliver **lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments** aligned with the training curriculum.
- Ensure trainees gain hands-on experience in **product handling, live demonstrations, and customer interaction techniques**.
- Monitor trainee performance, maintain training records, and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with project and placement teams for **on-the-job training and assessments**.
- Stay updated with **current retail trends and product marketing techniques**.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Graduate / Diploma** in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2-4 years** of experience in retail, in-store promotion, product demonstration, or customer engagement profile
- Prior **training or mentoring experience** preferred (especially under skill development programs such as NSDC, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and digital training tools**.
- Fluency in **English and Hindi** (additional regional language is an advantage).
