**Job Title: Red Hat OpenShift Administrator**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deployment and Configuration:

- Deploy and configure Red Hat OpenShift clusters according to best practices.
- Set up and maintain cluster authentication, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and security policies.

**Monitoring and Troubleshooting**:

- Implement monitoring solutions to track the health and performance of OpenShift clusters.
- Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal cluster performance.

**Scaling and High Availability**:

- Manage cluster scaling, including the addition and removal of nodes as needed.
- Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies for OpenShift clusters.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with security standards and regulations.

**Backup and Disaster Recovery**:

- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures for OpenShift clusters.
- Test and verify disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.

**Automation and Scripting**:

- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and orchestration tools.

**Collaboration and Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of cluster configurations, procedures, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and container technologies (Docker).
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Mandate Should be ready to work 24*7 (Rotational shift)
