**Qualification: Banquet Sales experience in Hotels / Hotel Management graduation**
- To undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to selling banqueting facilities available.
- To maintain constant contact and liaison between the Hotel and the regular clientele.
- To identify local competition and suggest means of combating the same.
- To prepare written reports on a daily or weekly basis of prospective clients.
- To help the accounts department in the realization of outstanding payment from guests.
- To go on daily sales calls to prospective clients and maintain proper records for the same.
- To handle telephonic enquiries as per standards laid down.
- To meet with guests to maintain cordial relationships.
- To escort prospective clients for a property show-around.
- To co-ordinate with the F&B manager to arrange for various conference aids.
- To negotiate rates with the client so as to get the best deals for the Hotel as well as the client.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work as Banquet Sales Coordinator: 2 years (required)
- Hotels or Resorts: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, hindi (required)

License/Certification:

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (required)
