**Position Overview**:
As a **Receptionist**, you will looking after visitors, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks like scheduling, managing mail, and maintaining the reception area.

**Location**: Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors in a friendly manner
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Oversee standard office equipment and supplies
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings & Interview and organize catering, as requested
- Coordination with all the internal department as per the requirement
- Maintain bills, files & attendance as per the requirement

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
