5. Communication: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the broader community, communicating effectively and transparently.

6. Discipline and Safety: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.

7. Professional Development: Provide opportunities for teacher growth and development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

8. Assessment and Accountability: Analyze data and develop strategies to improve student achievement, meeting state and federal accountability requirements.

9. Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to enhance educational opportunities and resources.
