**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to answer customer queries and provide accurate information effectively.
- **Lead Conversion**: Identify potential leads from customer inquiries and proactively work to convert them into sales.
- **Mobile Handling**: Efficiently manage and respond to customer queries via mobile platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- **Social Media Management**: Monitor and respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering customer engagement.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any post-purchase issues.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback Management**: Gather customer feedback and work with the relevant teams to improve product offerings and customer service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including mobile, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A proactive approach to customer service and lead conversion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
