Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, manage, and file documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval.
- **Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Support Services**: Assist in HR and finance functions, including data entry, record keeping, and invoice processing.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- **Event Support**: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X] years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
