**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls, answering queries related to services, offers, packages, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Follow up with clients for appointment reminders, service feedback, and ongoing promotions.
- Coordinate with the front desk and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in a salon, spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of salon services and client management systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in maintaining records via CRM software or Excel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
