**Job Description**:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cash Application for the Collection received from customers in Bank accounts

Analyze and resolve account discrepancies.

Processing of Credit and Debit Notes

Respond to customer queries related to differences/deviations in books

Performing AR Closing Activities Like AR Closing Entries, Bad debt Entry, and R&A Entries

SL - GL reconciliations

Preparing Dashboard on a Monthly Basis.

Monthly Reconciliation for AR Ageing, Intercompany Transactions and Credit and Debit Issued during the period.

Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.

Working with the collections department to review accounts and client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms.

Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel & Google sheet preferable
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Proficient in English language written and verbal both
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of ERP system, Quick learner
