**About IBR Infotech**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **market and industry research** to identify potential leads, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor **campaign performance metrics** (open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, etc.) and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform **A/B testing** to improve engagement and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the **sales and marketing teams** to align lead generation goals and nurture qualified prospects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience with tools like **Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, Lemlist**, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of **CRM systems** such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with experience in **data tracking and campaign performance reporting**.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

**Preferred / Nice to Have**
- Experience in the **IT services industry**, particularly in web or app development.
- Knowledge of **LinkedIn outreach** and multi-channel lead generation strategies.
