**Job Title: Sales Expert**

**Location**:Kolkata (Onsite Only)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience) + Commissions + Yearly Performance-based Incentives

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and engage with new prospects within India.
- **Sales of Services & Products**:Promote and sell WELOIN’s digital transformation and software development services and products such as SERA ERP, Maxflow, and Automation & AI platform.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, turning leads into loyal customers.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:Effectively negotiate with clients to close high-value deals.
- **Market Awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine strategies and approaches.
