**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ideate, write, and produce social media content across multiple platforms that is on brand, engaging, and shareable.
- Work with the team to develop creative concepts and strategies for social media campaigns that achieve business objectives.
- Create high-quality visuals for social posts, including photos, videos, infographics, and GIFs
- Manage social media calendars and publish content in a timely manner
- Engage with followers and fans in a way that builds relationships and drives conversions
- Monitor social media analytics and report insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on trends in social media and digital marketing
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all channels
- Brainstorm new and innovative ways to grow social media reach and engagement
- Manage social media paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting
- Provide customer service support as needed through social media channels

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field, Strong command over finance.
- 2-3 years professional experience in social media, content marketing, or similar role
- Proven success developing and executing social media strategy
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to change

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
