Relevant Work Experience
- 7-10 Yrs.
- Relevant experience of working with a B2B E-commerce or Fintech organisation would be a plus.

Minimum Qualification
- B.Tech from a Tier 1 Engineering College.

Technical Skills required
- Hands on working knowledge of technology, stacks, platforms, cloud infrastructure
- Experience of AI & ML, UI/UX.
- Expertise and advanced knowledge in database, writing complex queries, and database maintenance.
- Should have experience of working on multiple tech stacks with server-side, client-side & database.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gathering business requirements and translating into tech processes and then leading the implementation in technology.
- Responsibilities include planning activities, resource/vendor alignment, and coordinating execution.
- This position requires strong project management capabilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to provide insight around potential risks and opportunities, initiate resolution, and deliver results.
- Integrate the product needs and create a product roadmap for a seamless product development.
- Project Management
- Engaging closely with the founding team to build the vision, architecture, and tech stack
- Develop a business model & participate in all facets of business development.
- Tracking of projects to ensures that projects are completed on time, on scope, on budget
- Manage the progress of the project and communicate the project status to management and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- We are looking for someone who is a hustler and is deeply passionate about solving technology-led complex problems.
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced startup,particularly B2B is highly desirable.
- Expertise areas include product roadmap management, strategic planning, business case, competitive analysis, user research, wireframing, product backlog management, user story creation, agile engineering delivery, managing product KPIs etc.
- Should be willing to work hands on and mentor the engineering team.
- Design, develop and scale the core platform, mobile apps and website from ideation to go to market.
- Build and manage the entire tech ecosystem like infrastructure hosting, security policies, regular upgrades/updates etc.
- Have entrepreneurial mindset and drive and motivation required to build a company - from early stage to a scaled operation
- Has integrity and strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside one’s field of expertise.

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
