**Responsibilities**:

- Client Servicing - complete servicing, from end-to-end. This includes, but is not limited to, taking backend orders, facilitating with the sales team, following up with customers regarding tracking details, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. _A separate company number will be provided for this. _
- Customer Outreach - this is aimed at increasing our database. Tapping into new customers, reaching out to potential customers and retrieving abandoned carts from the website backend.
- Reputation Management - ensuring customer satisfaction is key to any retail business. This role includes responding on time, managing a clear communication between the courier partner and the customer regarding orders and effectively addressing queries of exchange, return and customizations.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Outspoken, people's person who can converse with ease
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Meet, Shopify, Whatsapp and Microsoft Office
- Organized and self-motivated

**Work Experience**:

- Required: 1-2 years experience in client servicing, any field
- Preferred: Experience in handling end-to-end customer conversion

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
