Pateint Counselor

**Patient Counselling**
- Provide one-on-one counselling to patients regarding their health concerns, test results, and follow-up steps
- Help patients understand treatment protocols and promote adherence to prescribed health plans
- Build trust and confidence through empathetic communication

**Pharma Education**
- Educate patients on the correct use of medicines, herbal supplements, and health products
- Explain dosage, side effects, and benefits in simple terms
- Promote preventive health products and wellness routines (Ayurvedic or Allopathic)

**Coordination & Support**
- Liaise between doctors, lab staff, and patients for smooth communication
- Follow up with patients via phone or WhatsApp regarding appointments, reports, and products
- Maintain proper documentation of patient interactions and feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
