**Main Duties**:
1.Prepare both veg and non-veg tandoori dishes as per restaurant menu; Prepare tandoori naan in clay oven;
2.Supervise kitchen staff to prepare marination and other sauces;
3.Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards;
4.Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws;
5.May hire and Train kitchen staff when required;
6.Maintain inventory records of food and other supplies;
7.Perform other duties as requested by management.
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
