**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and the overall marketing strategy.
- Edit and enhance images, infographics, and videos to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain design assets and templates for consistent branding.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Familiarity with web design standards, social media design requirements, and responsive design.
- Experience with video editing or animation (a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
