**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Doing counseling of students face to face, over the telephone, and in field visit.
- Need to Maintain Students record
- Assist new students to understand different courses offered.
- Be the point of contact for students and assist them with their queries.
- Help and resolve enrolled students' queries.
- Be part of the team for process improvement to enhance the student experience.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Must be 12th pass or Graduate.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Must be comfortable reaching out and interacting with students.
- Comfortable working on computer.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
