**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Remote
**Stipend**: ₹7,000 + Incentives
**Probation Period**: 2 months

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Verification Calls**: Conduct verification calls to confirm and validate student enrollment details.
- **Feedback Collection**: Reach out to students for feedback on their experience, providing valuable insights for continuous service improvement.
- **Query Resolution**: Handle and resolve student queries effectively, offering clear and accurate solutions to enhance their learning journey.
- **Document Management**: Draft and send offer letters, Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and other relevant documents as required.
- **Inbound Sales Support**: Manage inbound sales inquiries, assist potential students with program information, and guide them through the enrollment process.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduation or Bachelor’s Degree required
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a startup culture with dynamic tasks
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- **Customer Orientation**: Focused on delivering exceptional support with a problem-solving mindset

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
