**What is the job about?**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Make a risk assessment for every task.
- Report matters related to Safety, Health, and Environment.
- Advises the customer about shortcomings in the total system, which can prevent problems and offer a solution to these problems.
- Assist your manager by identifying and providing solutions for service and warranty matters, depending on the complexity of the issues, special consultation with technical support may be required.
- Prepares clear and complete service reports and ensures that these are submitted on time (warranty claims, working hours FAS Failure Analysis System etc)
- Register the identified product quality issue in the system.
- Assists in project execution - installation support, commissioning etc
- Provide the agreed maintenance services and SLA for service agreements.
- Provide feedback on relevant information to the respective stakeholders (sales and service sales PUs, operations etc including identified leads.
- Provide technical support to an ASP upon need, in the markets served by ASPs (Authorized Service Partners)
- Oversee complex project execution.
- Provide input for the content of the maintenance contracts
- Make complex root cause analysis on unplanned downtime events
- Coach and support the development of the junior field engineers
- Prepares inputs for quoting out-of-warranty repairs
- Collects installed base information.
- Continue learning and development to build up hands-on service capability
- Master the use of service tools and equipment
- Live in Grundfos’s core values, takes responsibility for own actions and takes care of colleagues, partners and customers.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Degree/Diploma holder in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Hand-On Experience in Logic Building on PLCs of ABB / Siemens**,**:

- Should have Application Knowledge to understand the software on various platforms.
- Should be able to understand Engineering Documents like Functional Design Specifications, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Bill of Quantity, Power and Control Wiring Diagrams, Cable schedules, Terminal plans etc.
- Basic AutoCAD Software knowledge
- Should have Knowledge of Sensor Working/Operations.
- Should have commissioning Knowledge on VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) & Soft starters
- Site Commissioning experience.
- Provide regular technical training to our Distributor Service team & the End Customer.
- 2-3 years of work experience in the industry or comparable environment.
- Experience with pump technology is advantage
- Knowledge of controls, remote monitoring, and connectivity
- Experience driving well-defined processes within the service environment.
- Ability to participate in work with processes or projects within the service environment.
- Knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in the service environment
