**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and negotiate **commercial contracts**, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Provide **legal advisory** on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Handle **intellectual property matters**, including patents, trademarks, and design registrations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel for litigation and specialized legal services.
- Ensure compliance with **statutory and regulatory requirements**.
- Support internal teams with legal guidance on projects, partnerships, and new initiatives.
- Maintain organized legal documentation and manage contract repositories.

**Required Qualifications**
- **LLB or LLM** from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of **contracts, IP law, and corporate compliance**.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple legal assignments independently.

**Preferred Skills**
- Exposure to **technology, design, or engineering services**.
- Experience handling international contracts or IP filings.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in risk management.

**Compensation**

Competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
