**Netzila Technologies LLP is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Project coordinator for our Mohali located office who support us to handle our clients, projects, team.**

**Requirements:

- **
- Assisting and supporting the project manager.
- Designing and controlling the project schedule.
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
- Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Providing administrative support.
- Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
- Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.
- Resource allocation and resource management for multiple projects.
- Handling financial queries.
- Knowledge of technologies like - PHP, Wordpress,shopify, Designing ,Seo etc.

**Experience Required:

- 1 year to 1.5 years.**

**Skills**
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, self-directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver.
- Project management skills like cost control, schedule management will be an added advantage.
- Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth environment.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- People management skills and documentation and client handling skills
