Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and more.As a Graphic Designer at Dreamz, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop a wide range of materials across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualize and Create Designs**:

- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful visual designs that effectively communicate our brand and message.

**Brand Identity**:

- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of our brand identity, ensuring it remains modern and relevant.

**Print Materials**:

- Create visually appealing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials for events and campaigns.
- Have strong knowledge of design layout and color

**Collaborative Team Player**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design expertise, and ensure visual assets meet project goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for visual storytelling.
