The Import Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the import of goods, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient and effective processes for timely shipment and clearance. The role requires deep attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**A. Key Responsibilities**:
1. Pre-Shipment Document Review: Check all pre-shipment documents for accuracy and completeness. Revise documents in case of errors to ensure compliance with international shipping standards.

2. Shipment Documentation Follow-up: Coordinate with the overseas team and suppliers to follow up on shipment documents.

3. Customs Clearance Coordination: Follow up with the Customs House Agent (CHA) and logistics team for shipment clearance. Ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes.

4. Shipment and Status Tracking: Prepare and update a daily shipment tracker. Maintain a status tracker to monitor the progress of all shipments.

5. Vendor Payment Reporting: Maintain detailed payment reports for all vendors. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.

6. Compliance and Registration Reporting: Prepare and maintain compliance and registration reports. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

7. Bond Preparation: Prepare bonds for shipping containers as required.

8. License Generation: Generate necessary licenses from DGFT for SIMS, PIMS, CHIMS, and WPC's ETA before shipment arrival.

9. E-way Bill Management: Prepare and maintain e-way bills for each inward shipment.

10. Coordination with Warehouse and Logistics: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team for timely inbound and outbound processing of shipments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
