We are looking to hire a HRBP at 1C level to support the finance team.

Main purpose of job:
Part of the overall Finance HR team, as finance capability lead and business partner to Finance trainees/contractors. The role will focus on the talent capability, recognition, business partnering and relevant people agenda for the Finance team.

Key Accountabilities:
Learning & Development
- Lead people and capability development to ensure the team is future fit and upskilled
- Work with FLT to identify learning needs, design the learning plan & deliver learning programmes for the function focusing on functional, leadership and future fit skills
- Anchoring team focused manager upskilling initiatives
- Curating learning content from academy, e-learning & external sources
- Running bridge & transition programmes for grooming top talent in WL1 as part of succession planning & cross functional moves.
- Running a robust induction programme for new joiners and talent moves

Other activities
- Anchoring projects and processes end to end - including but not limited to, capability initiatives, engagement initiatives, recruitment, talent management, onboarding and offboarding
- Support in creating a winning culture for the team
- Data anchor for monthly workforce reviews - to cover HC and cost budget, attrition, GB, joiners, updated org charts etc ,and be accountable to flag off declining trends on relevant parameters
