Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage content marketing strategies (blogs, videos, newsletters) to increase engagement and boost brand presence.
- Optimize website performance through on-page SEO, keyword research, and conversion rate best practices.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and regularly adjust for performance improvements.
- Create and maintain a digital content calendar, ensuring the timely rollout of content across channels.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics; provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with design, product, and training teams to create cohesive branding, compelling creatives, and innovative campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with relevant regulations in all marketing outputs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years (for executives) or 4+ years (for managers) of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or tech/education environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative, collaborative, and self-driven with a growth mindset.
- Certifications such as Google Marketing or HubSpot are a plus.
