**Job Summary**:
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented stitching professionals to join our production team. The role involves operating sewing machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, maintaining speed and accuracy, and meeting daily production targets as per company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate industrial sewing machines for stitching garments, jackets, uniforms, or fabric products as per specifications.
- Ensure stitching quality, alignment, and finishing meet company standards.
- Follow design patterns, measurement charts, and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Conduct basic machine maintenance (threading, needle changes, oiling, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the stitching area.
- Work with other departments (cutting, finishing, packing) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in garment or têxtile stitching (heat press, jacket, or fashion stitching preferred).
- Knowledge of operating flatlock, overlock, and single-needle machines.
- Understanding of garment construction and fabric types.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a team and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
