Job Summary:
The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment on construction and industrial sites. The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safety Policy Implementation:

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure that safety policies are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Risk Assessment:

- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Training and Education:

- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
- Promote safety awareness and accident prevention.
- Incident Investigation:

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Prepare reports and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
- Compliance Monitoring:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Emergency Preparedness:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Coordinate emergency drills and exercises.
- Coordination and Communication:

- Liaise with management, employees, and regulatory authorities on safety matters.
- Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and workers on safety issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and safety management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
