**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Generate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive content.
- **Platform Management**: Maintain and update social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Audience Engagement**: Foster and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Encourage user-generated content and community participation.
- **Campaign Development**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive user participation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track social media metrics, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies. Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle social media crises and negative feedback with a proactive and strategic approach, maintaining the brand's positive image.
- **Paid Advertising**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
