**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
**Order Management**:
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Track orders and provide updates to customers on delivery status.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve any order fulfillment issues.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and industry trends.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and trends.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and production, to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements in processes and products.
**Compliance and Standards**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
- Adhere to quality assurance protocols to maintain high service standards.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous customer service experience in the food industry or a related field is highly desirable.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
**Attributes**:
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- May require working non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
