Key responsibilities
- Problem resolution: Address and resolve client complaints, service issues, and payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship building: Foster strong, positive relationships with clients, which may involve follow-up calls or visits to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Internal collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to resolve complex customer issues.
- Process improvement: Provide feedback on service processes and contribute to identifying operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on service levels, client feedback, and issues to inform management and drive improvements.
- Required skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and professionalism.
- Technical: Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM software, and strong data entry skills.
