**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute timely and efficient dispatch of educational kits and materials.
- Track and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory readiness for dispatch.
- Create and maintain **end-to-end dispatch process documents** and operational SOPs.
- Monitor vehicle movements and track shipments in real-time; update relevant stakeholders.
- Share shipment status and delivery updates proactively with customers and internal teams.
- Handle logistics-related issues, including delays, route changes, or breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records including invoices, delivery logs, shipment trackers, and reports.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Dispatch Head with key performance metrics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in dispatch/logistics coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently in a deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
