**Job Description: Sales Executive**

**Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail counter sales, preferably in electronics or lighting products.**

**Location: NEAR ECHO PARK RAJARHAT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner, assisting them in selecting products that best meet their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations, explanations, and technical advice as required.
- Conduct Client site visits to understand customers' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate interior site visits to assess lighting requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail counter sales, preferably in electronics, high end garments outlet, brand stores or lighting products.
- Good English communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and accessing product information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
